Social service is not possible without compassion, but compassion without direction is a waste of time and energy.
Unfortunately, there is a big gap between the felt/perceived need and the actual need on the ground. Thus, based on our two-decade long experience we firmly believe that compassion can only bear fruitful results if the social problem is analyzed in detail and solutions are curated accordingly to give relief to the beneficiaries.
After the needs of the given section of the population are assessed and analyzed, our team takes great care and thought to calibrate appropriate solutions.
These solutions are then put in place in the form of projects which have thoroughly defined procedures and strict standards for execution. The projects are also supported by multiple baseline and end-line studies to help us continuously evolve and meet the needs of the beneficiaries. This finally results in a meaningful and sustainable social, emotional, and financial, transformation in their lives.
Our projects have been tried, tested and consistently proven to show beneficial results over the years. We have successfully replicated these action oriented and results driven projects in other vulnerable communities. These have comprised of over the hundred villages spread across five states of India who were in urgent need of social welfare and support.
We believe that sustainable development can only be achieved by establishing a concrete two-way partnership between the supporting organizations and the vulnerable community. The community members are periodically sensitized to the importance of their role and their wholehearted participation plays a key role in the success and sustainability of every project.
Additionally, decision-making members from the rural/tribal population are given equal responsibilities to ensure that the projects are sustainable in the long run.
